The case focuses on strategic issues surrounding AIM’s corporate restructuring which began in 2013. The case highlights the development and success stories of AIM by providing perspectives from various stakeholders. Therefore, the case can be used to discuss the three different levels of strategy – the corporate level, the business level and the functional level. Some decisions that could be made include (1) whether to continue as earlier planned or to include other strategies to ensure better achievement; (2) The types and approaches of courses to train Sahabats; and (3) the types of corporate design, culture and control system to further improve AIM.
