AIF has been tasked to strengthen human capital development and talent management within the financial services industry. In line with this objective, AIF has initiated the implementation of Capacity Building Projects (CBP) which is aimed at enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of training and services offered by the financial training institutions.

In ensuring this objective is achieved, AIF works closely with Affiliate Institutes (AIs) namely the Islamic Banking and Finance Institute Malaysia (IBFIM) and The Malaysian Insurance Institute (MII) for the implementation of CBP.

Through CBP, the AIs are required to improve and enhance their capabilities which are encapsulated through 5 strategic thrusts.
